• Once instructed we will identify and contact any potential purchasers from our mailing lists or individuals who have shown interest in similar properties.
• We will prepare a sales brochure for display in our office as well as uploading your property details to our own website and major property portals on the internet & arrange the erection of a For Sale sign (with your permission).
• We can organise a full Energy Performance Certificate to allow your property to be marketed immediately.
• We will arrange appointments for potential purchasers either directly with you or by accompanied viewings with ourselves.
