Rental Service

Our letting service provides an initial rental appraisal of your property. Once we have found a suitable tenant we will obtain references, draw up a legally binding agreement, prepare an inventory & photographs of property, arrange standing orders, transfer of & collect deposit with the first month's rent.

Information for Tenants

Information for Tenants - We value our tenants highly and are available for advice throughout the tenancy as we strive to make your experience with us a good one.

Application Process - Please download an application form using the above link, or call into our office and speak with a member of our team. All application forms should be completed and returned with accompanying identification before an application can be considered.

Deposit Payment - A deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent, is required upon agreeing tenancy with the landlord and new tenant. This is paid directly to the landlord when a tenancy is agreed.

Initial Rent Payment - Must be made on or before the date of moving into the property.

References - References from employer and previous landlord will be required at the point of application. We also would ask that a guarantor is provided at the point of application.

Guarantors - In most cases a tenant will require a guarantor. If a guarantor cannot be provided a deposit equivalent to two months’ rent may be considered.

Housing Benefit - Many of our landlords will accept housing benefit as means of payment. Please ask before arranging a viewing.
